eat flakes

my namesake! my magnum opus! flake babies (nicknamed flakes) are pop-tart inspired hand pies made with my signature from-scratch ultra flaky pie dough. they're stuffed with a variety of homemade fillings and decorated with flavorful glazes and fun designs. they're a labor of love but oh so worth it.

how many can i order?

flakes are always available for pre-order in multiples of ten. the more you order, the cheaper they get. for orders of twenty or less at least five days of lead-time is preferred, and ten days for orders of thirty or more. i also offer large format flakes as an alternative to traditional cake. these come in quarter sheet size (9x13") or half sheet (13x18"). please order at least a week out for these options.

please limit orders of 10 to two flavors. but these are just the tip of the iceberg! if you have a specific flavor request outside of the current offerings, make sure to include that on your order form and i'll do my best to accommodate :)

what to expect

once your request is received, please allow at least 72 hours for a response. flake baby is a one woman show and i spend the majority of my time baking, cleaning, shopping, and washing dishes. i try to respond to emails and orders within three business days, but please understand it might sometimes take longer! i appreciate your patience in advance :)

ORDERS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A FOLLOW UP EMAIL DIRECTLY FROM ME!

pickups are available wednesday-saturday. flakes are best enjoyed day of or one day after pickup, so if you need an order for a sunday, pickup can be scheduled for the saturday prior. in special circumstances monday or tuesday pickups may be scheduled, depending on availability and with the addition of a $20 service charge.

a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required for orders of 30 or more flakes and are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. i accept payment for deposits via credit/debit card or through venmo. for the remaining balance cash at pickup is preferred, but credit/debit/venmo can be used with an added service fee of 3%.

if you need to cancel your order, i ask that you please give as much notice as possible. in the event of a medical/family emergency, reach out and i can apply your deposit as a credit to a future order.
